Through Catalyst, she spearheads a transformative mission aimed at fostering growth for small businesses within the furniture industry. In a remarkably brief span of 2 and a half years, the divine hand guiding Catalyst’s evolution has led it to burgeon into a cohesive team of 6 professionals. The firm boasts an impressive portfolio of 12 steadfast consulting clients and a diverse array of clients engaged in various programs.

Michelle’s roots trace back to Baltimore, MD where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Frostburg State University and a Masters In Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. Michelle’s spiritual odyssey, marked by a transformational moment in 1996, saw her embrace Christianity, anchoring her life’s purpose and pursuits. Michelle’s zeal for travel has found her residing in various states, each experience contributing to her multifaceted perspective. Currently she resides on the Eastern Shore in Dagsboro, Delaware with her cherished beagle, Zoe.
